the room was tinier than expected and had a headboard that was basically just the wall, how charming! not to mention the shower gel was missing, and we had to request it twice, so basic. I almost woudl ve given a good review for the friendly staff, but I expected some sort of compensation for all this hassle. Seriously disappointing.

The hotel had a charming courtyard ambiance.
The staff's assistance could use improvement, particularly with our parking experience. When we arrived, we were clueless about where to drop off our bags. After hauling our luggage from a distance, we were informed that we could have easily unloaded at the front, leading to unnecessary stress on our arrival. the bathroom lacked adequate cleanliness, which was quite disappointing for a place with such character.

Charming courtyard ambiance, Unique historical architecture, Access to local transit options
The noise issues were quite bothersome!!! Not to mention the confusing layout with numerous stairs, difficult for anyone with mobility challenges!!! Bathroom cleanliness could really use some improvement too!!!

stunning hotel with great breakfast but minor bathroom issues
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay feel special. The breakfast offered a delightful variety, especially the tomato and olive oil toast with serrano ham, a true highlight! Enjoying the beautiful city view from our room added an extra charm to our stay, making it even more memorable.
The bathroom was rather small and could really benefit from some updates.

The interior courtyard provides a spot to relax, feeling as if visiting a friend's home. I appreciated the location, allowing me to easily walk to nearby attractions. I enjoyed the authentic atmosphere, which reminded me of my trips in Korea. The staff guided me to local eateries and sites, making the experience special.
Room dimensions were limited, and breakfast options could have been more varied.

This hotel was super charming with an old-world vibe. The bed was plush, and we loved chilling in the courtyard. The staff went above and beyond to help us with everything! Just a minor thing, parking was a bit of a walk, but totally manageable. Definitely enjoyed the in-room breakfast – felt like a treat!

I had a lovely stay with friends at Casa Del Capitel Nazari. The atmosphere of this early 16th-century hotel filled with wooden balconies overlooking small courtyards was fantastic. The comfortable bed with various pillow options made each night restful. Plus, the staff provided us with a detailed map, highlighting must-visit spots and eateries, which really enhanced our experience.
No parking on-site and some noise from the street.
